At Playgroup, children can have fun inside and outside in a securely fenced area.  It gives them a chance to make new friends, develop new skills, and interact with other adults.  Sessions are structured, which allows the children to learn simple rules and routines.

Activities include:

Welfare Officer

Our school has a full-time welfare officer dedicated to supporting students and families.  Our current welfare officer is Maryanne Lugton.

Ms Lugton works with families whose children have attendance concerns, those whose children are at risk academically or socially, and those who may need assistance from external agencies.

Ms Lugton also monitors student behaviour in the school playground, including any reports of bullying, and provides Lucky Lunchtime Awards for those displaying great behaviour in the yard.

The welfare of our students is a top priority for our school, and we are proud to have Ms Lugton on hand to give families and students the supports they need to succeed.
